How do you guarantee the authenticity of the items?
All items go through a rigorous expertise process. Upon acquisition, they are authenticated by the auction house. Then, our specialists conduct a second detailed check to ensure their authenticity before they are put up for sale.
Are the items always restored before they are put up for sale?
Restoration is carried out only if necessary. Each item is evaluated individually, and if a need is identified (cleaning, repair, or maintenance), our craftsmen intervene carefully to preserve its integrity and original design. If the item is in perfect condition, no restoration is performed in order to respect its authenticity.
What types of restorations can be performed?
When necessary, our craftsmen carry out tailored interventions, such as:
• Cleaning and rehydrating leathers,
• Repair of worn or damaged parts,
• The maintenance and adjustment of mechanisms for watches,
• Polishing jewelry to restore its shine.
Does restoration affect the value of the item?
The restoration is carried out with the utmost care, in accordance with the standards of luxury and the authenticity of each piece. This process does not affect the value of the item, but allows it to regain its original luster while extending its lifespan.

What are the delivery times ?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after validation. Delivery can take up to one to two weeks depending on your location in Europe.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver throughout Europe. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking to ensure your peace of mind.
How to track my order ?
An email containing a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the shipment is made. You will be able to track your package in real time.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery charges are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order. These charges are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
